// FAQ

Common questions.

How does the QR code work?+

We generate a QR code per table (or per outlet). Guests scan with their phone camera — no app required — and land on your menu in their browser.

Do you offer Traditional Chinese menus?+

Not yet — menus currently ship in English. A Traditional Chinese (繁中) offering is on our roadmap and we're hiring local F&B copywriters to launch it. If you supply your own Chinese copy, we'll typeset it today.

Can we update prices ourselves?+

Yes. You log into a simple dashboard, edit the price or availability, and the change is live in seconds across every table.

Do you handle photography?+

We can direct a food photography shoot in your kitchen, or work with dishes you've already shot. Both work — great typography carries a menu even without photos.

What about hotels with multiple outlets?+

We build a shared menu system so IRD, lobby bar, and restaurant menus all live under one brand, with per-outlet pricing and hours.
